Dragonfly Ventures is a small family office with a big vision. We dared to imagine our perfect world leading us on an unconventional financial journey.

Our Challenge

Humanity stands at a crossroads. Today’s social, economic and environmental crises demand a vastly different response.

Dragonfly Ventures holds a long-term vision of healthy people living in a toxic-free world in synergy with each other and every living creature. Our first steps to get there involve the creative use of financial tools in unison with building deeper relationships. We are committed to supporting individuals, communities, organizations, and businesses that share this vision.

Our Vision

We envision a world where humanity lives synergistically with each other, the earth, her creatures, and spirit.

Our perfect world is a pristine planet where pollution and toxic chemicals are replaced with safe alternatives and closed-loop systems. People share an understanding and appreciation of our connections to each other as humans with the beauty of our natural world.

Our mission is to identify and foster the unique gifts and capacities of people and communities who share our vision of a healthy, clean, equitable planet.

Our Values

Make space.

It is time to fully acknowledge those who have been undervalued and intentionally marginalized by systemic barriers such as racism and misogyny. We believe deeply in creating space for women, Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour. Everyone gains when we experience the power and beauty of diversity.

Embrace intuition.

We approach our mission from the belief in the power of creativity, imagination, and intuition. With a combined depth of knowledge and experience embedded in our support team, data and facts are an important starting point. We elevate our decision-making by adding the skill of intuition and imagination.

Take action.

The current trajectory of our human-created systems and consumptive patterns are exploitative and unsustainable. It is time to reset the compass and take action. In supporting powerful leaders driven by this reality, we can disrupt and redirect systems that do not serve the health of people and planet.
